100 Puppy Love Valentines were delivered to Monroe County Judges and staff, the County Clerk, the Court Administrator, the City of Bloomington Mayors Office, the Probation Department, the Public Defenders Office, the County Commissioners office and to the staff at the Community Foundation of Bloomington and Monroe County.
